Bundesbank leader voices concerns about bail-in rules

Jens Weidmann, president of Germany's Bundesbank and a member of the European Central Bank Governing Council, says rules on the resolution of failing banks don't do enough to protect taxpayers from having to rescue such institutions. Weidmann says that although the bail-in principle is a step in the right direction, he still has concerns.
