The Facebook cover photo may be the first contact a potential customer has with a firm and should be optimized to let customers know they've come to the right place, writes Katrina Padron. The cover photo should clearly convey what the company does, highlight service benefits and tell a story. An effective cover photo may show happy customers or staff and should be current, relevant and in a position to go viral.
