"Message maps" keep communications on track

Companies should use "message maps" to keep communications consistent across all departments and all media channels, including social media services, Tellabs Vice President of Communications George Stenitzer says. Maps are one-page documents that provide important pieces of information on any company-related topic, including the main message and supporting details or statements. Tellabs tripled its website "soft conversions" after one year of using maps.
