N.Y. city planners gain feedback on retail center

The New York City Planning Commission has heard from critics and proponents of a $1 billion retail and entertainment center proposed for the parking lot of the Mets' baseball stadium in Queens. The commission must vote on the project for it to move to the City Council. The proposal is part of a $3 billion revitalization of the neighborhood.
