T-Mobile will invade Leap's space with "Apollo" prepaid strategy

T-Mobile US, once seen as a potential buyer of Leap Wireless, will instead compete with the prepaid carrier head-on in its markets under a plan it calls "Apollo 15," said T-Mobile CEO John Legere. "The best way to think about Apollo 15 is T-Mobile network, T-Mobile devices, Leap customers," he said in an interview. Leap had no comment on T-Mobile's plans.
