Why China, India and Saudi Arabia are cutting their emissions

Some of the world's worst carbon emitters are clamping down on their emissions, but they aren't out to save the planet. Instead, India, China and Saudi Arabia are embracing cleaner-burning natural gas because it makes better economic sense. "So a shift to cleaner fuel is indeed an existential matter -- just not always for the reasons environmentalists think," writes Steve LeVine.
