Franchisees sue DQ over proposed changes

More than 1,700 Dairy Queen franchisees are taking International Dairy Queen to court over proposed changes to the restaurants. International Dairy Queen introduced "Concept Evolution" two years ago, a plan to streamline its stores into a more modern brand. The franchisees believe the changes will be too costly and harm the integrity of their mostly independently run stores.
