Study: Americans still snacking, just choosing healthier items

Americans are leaning more toward healthy snacks such as yogurt- and nut-based cereals and granola instead of spending on cookies, popcorn and bakery items, according to a report by Packaged Facts. Snacking overall has increased 1.5% in the last five years.
