Agency for people with developmental disabilities rescinds bonuses

A California nonprofit agency that provides services to people with developmental disabilities has rescinded its decision to use $500,000 in state funds for employee bonuses. Lawmakers and advocates were critical of the bonuses because of statewide budget cuts to services for people with developmental disabilities.
