Geithner: Second stimulus not "judgment we need to make now":

It is too early to decide whether a second economic stimulus is necessary to pull the U.S. out of recession, said Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner. "I don't think that's a judgment we need to make now; can't really make it now prudently, responsibly," he told CNN. Most of the stimulus measures will take effect in the second half of this year, he said.
