Logic vs. emotion: Give an engaging presentation

Remembering that "logic leads to conclusions" and "emotion leads to action" can be key to improving your chances of success, according to consultant John Windsor. In a sales pitch, logic means saying your company is the industry leader, detailing your company's background and listing features and benefits. Emotion, meanwhile, means saying "Here's why this matters," detailing issues and describing what can be achieved.
