Army Navy club members debate suing over bike path

Officials at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, Va., are getting pushback from generals and high-ranking military personnel after getting approval to build a new clubhouse under the condition that a public bike path is built around the edge of the golf course. Many of the retired generals are balking over possible disruptions and debating suing the club.
