ICC charges Sudan's Bashir with genocide

The International Criminal Court has filed three charges of genocide and issued a new arrest warrant for Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir, adding to a warrant issued in 2009 on crimes against humanity. The charges against Bashir center on conflict in Sudan's Darfur region. Bashir denies any wrongdoing and has repeatedly rejected the court's authority.
