RFA: U.S. ethanol exports fell 58% in May

U.S. exports of ethanol in May reached 17.1 million gallons, down 58% from April's 40.8 million gallons, the Renewable Fuels Association reports. The wild swings in the export market show the need for America to focus on increasing consumption of U.S.-produced ethanol, said Bob Dinneen, the RFA's president and CEO. Read RFA's statement.
