Vogue launches a social media influencer initiative

Condé Nast says it's recruiting an "Influencer Network" of about 1,000 women to spread the word about issues of Vogue and its advertisers via social channels. The influencers -- including bloggers, Twitter power users and website founders -- don't get paid for their efforts, but receive access to information about products, fashion collections and ad campaigns.
