Frozen foods with an ethnic twist

Ethnic food retailers see a sales increase in frozen meals that is fueled by second-generation customers who are pressed for time. The market for ethnic frozen meals was $2.2 billion in 2001; Italian foods have a commanding lead with $1.28 billion in 2001, a 6.1% increase from 2000. The whole frozen food market increased by 6.1% to $26.6 billion.
