Businesses, insurers team up to help workers quit smoking

Many businesses are becoming more aggressive about helping workers stop smoking with free or reduced-cost programs, to produce a healthier work force that has fewer sick days and potentially lower health insurance premiums. Insurers are helping as well, offering coaches, employee clubs and financial help to pay for prescription medications that can help workers kick the habit.
