Free camp aims to improve struggling students' reading skills

A free northern Kentucky reading camp aims to help struggling third- and fourth-graders develop a love of reading. "This camp is designed for the quieter, fall-between-the-cracks kids," said Lucie Collier, an organizer who also works as an instructional literacy coach. "It provides them with a nurturing and encouraging environment where they can build confidence and blossom."
