MRSA, C. diff vaccines may be available in 10 years

The British government's chief medical officer Professor Sir Liam Donaldson has released a preview of his annual report, which states that vaccines for MRSA and Clostridium difficile should be available within the next decade. Donaldson says the vaccines could be used for protection against infection and for research into patterns and transmission of the diseases.
