Ramsay: A champion for female chefs?

Gordon Ramsay says he is seeing more female chefs in professional kitchens, particularly in higher positions, and he encourages women to take on such roles. "Role models such as Angela Hartnett and Clare Smyth are inspiring the next generation of young female chefs to believe that there are no barriers any more, and that if they have the talent and discipline, they too can reach the top," Ramsay said. Female chefs in London weigh in on Ramsay's view.
