Research: Functional foods, drinks about to boom in U.S.

New research says the average American spends $90 a year on nutraceuticals, which are foods and beverages that supposedly help fight disease, improve memory and enhance appearance. These products are about to take off in North America, and a new wave is expected to include products that offer nutrition according to color.
