Duncan asks AFT for cooperation, collaboration on education reforms

Education Secretary Arne Duncan asked teachers attending Monday's American Federation of Teachers conference to work with the Obama administration on education reforms and promised that teachers will have input on policy changes. "You have to do this with teachers. You have to bargain it with the union. You can't do it unilaterally. That's the first thing," he said.
