Georgia law gives parents greater power in choosing child's school

In what a state lawmaker says may become the wave of the future, a new Georgia law allows parents to choose the public school they want their child to attend. Alisha Thomas Morgan writes that parents will be able to pick the school that best fits their child's needs if there is space available and parents provide transportation.
