Gillibrand mulls action on "Don't Ask, Don't Tell"

Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., reportedly is considering attaching an amendment to a military reauthorization bill that would put an 18-month hold on enforcing the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy. The measure would put senators on the record about the military gay ban for the first time since its 1993 enactment.
