Judge okays Republic bid for Frontier Airlines

A judge has cleared Republic Airways' plan to buy Frontier Airlines for $108.8 million, though other buyers have until Aug. 10 to make bids of their own. Republic has said it will continue normal operations at Frontier, which entered bankruptcy protection in April 2008.
