Poll examines views on health care reform

A new USA TODAY/Gallup poll of about 3,000 adults found 56% favored passing major U.S. health care reform this year. However, respondents differed in how to pay for reform. About 60% support a requirement that employers provide insurance for workers or pay a fee, and 58% support higher income taxes for upper-income Americans.
