Study finds higher risk of prostate cancer for heavy drinkers

A new study that included more than 10,000 men found those who reported heavy drinking -- 1.7 ounces of pure alcohol daily for five or more days a week -- had twice the risk of developing high-grade prostate cancer. Researchers found no difference in the level of risk among nondrinkers and moderate drinkers.
