WHO declares H1N1 virus "unstoppable"

The World Health Organization has given its go-ahead for drugmakers to develop vaccines for the H1N1 flu virus, which it said has become "unstoppable." The agency advised countries first to vaccinate health care workers, including nurses, doctors and technicians, and then to draw up plans for next-in-line vaccinations, depending on the behavior of the virus.
