Changing South Carolina Medicaid's pharmacy ingredient cost reimbursement formula will cost the state $10 million annually, writes Adam J. Fein. "Under the new formula, South Carolina pharmacies will now get an extra six bucks for a typical Medicaid prescription -- more than any neighboring state," Fein writes.
