GOP insurance-commissioner candidate questions rival's campaign cash

Georgia state Sen. Seth Harp, who is seeking the Republican Party nomination for insurance commissioner, urged fellow candidate state Sen. Ralph Hudgens to demonstrate that he has returned $100,000 in campaign funds that Harp says Hudgens transferred improperly from his Senate campaign. "The state of Georgia will not tolerate another insurance commissioner plagued with ethical problems," said Harp.
