San Francisco ignores Transbay terminal funding worries

Worries over a future funding shortage continue to hang over San Francisco's Transbay transit center, but the city plans to break ground on the $1.6 billion project anyway. The new center will boast two train levels underground, three levels of retail and platforms on top and a multi-acre park.
