Are you doing enough to keep your younger workers?

More than two-thirds of workers between the ages of 22 and 31 say they will probably look for a new job once the economy improves, according to a survey by SBR Consulting. The findings suggest that companies need to think about ways to retain their younger workers, SBR founder Stacey Randall says, because millennial workers are savvier job seekers than earlier generations because they came into the workforce during a recession.
