Mayor Bloomberg's Chance To Remake The Chancellery

By taking control of the school board, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is the first mayor in 33 years who is able to revamp the position of Schools Chancellor, a report says. Analysts have been unable to pinpoint Bloomberg's strategy, although one insider says the mayor is seeking someone to make public schools "savvy and sexy and smart and cool."
