U.S., Japan could sell missiles to third-party countries

The U.S. and Japan may offer interceptor missiles they develop jointly to third-party countries, Japan's Defense Agency Director General Yoshinori Ono said. The two countries are collaborating on sea-based interceptor missiles to counter possible threats from North Korea. Development could start in 2006.
