Report: Fewer high school students having sex, more use condoms

Fewer high schoolers are having sex, but when they do they are more likely to use condoms and less likely to get pregnant, according to a new federal report. The Federal Interagency Forum on Child and Family Statistics also found more pre-schoolers are being read to and more teens are finishing high school.
