Billionaire investor George Soros said the latest financial crisis involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will not be the last. Soros labeled the turmoil in the markets that has marred the last year as "the most serious financial crisis of our lifetime." He also said Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke might not be able to prevent the U.S. economy from deteriorating even further. "His options are limited -- he is boxed in," Soros said.
