Woman sentenced for bilking, neglecting children with disabilities

Judith Leekin, 63, was sentenced to jail for 11 years after taking in more than $1 million in funds meant for 11 children with disabilities that she adopted. Authorities said the children, who were allegedly treated like prisoners, were emotionally and physically traumatized; one is missing and presumed dead.
