Brookstone recalls acetaminophen drops amid overdosing concerns

The FDA said Brookstone Pharmaceuticals is voluntarily recalling concentrated drops of acetaminophen, the active ingredient in some cough medicines and the painkiller Tylenol. "The firm is recalling its product to the consumer level as a cautionary measure to minimize any confusion and potential risk to patients from dosing errors," the Georgia generics manufacturer said.
