Chicago, Connecticut ban BPA

New bans on bisphenol A in Chicago and Connecticut come despite a previous conclusion by the Food and Drug Administration of no significant health hazards connected with BPA and a stance that it is safe for its current uses in products for children and adults. "The risks for anyone from bisphenol, child or adult, are nonexistent," said physician John Dunn.
