United cuts off more agencies from merchant account

Paul Ruden, senior vice president for legal and industry affairs at ASTA, said the group learned on Tuesday that United Airlines has informed more travel agents that they will no longer be allowed to use the carrier's merchant accounts. ASTA is working to ensure that Congress will approach United about concerns related to the shift in credit card fees.
