4A's backs court ruling on "fleeting expletive" fines

4A's executive vice president-government relations Dick O'Brien welcomed an appeals court decision that ruled down the FCC's enforcement policy when it comes to broadcast indecency was "unconstitutionally vague." O'Brien said, "Any day a court reinforces the power of the First Amendment and the core American commitment to free speech is a good day for the advertising community."
