Cinnabon seeks growth with bakery-cafe concept

Cinnabon has launched a three-year menu makeover, adding breakfast sandwiches, upscale coffee drinks and a lunch menu in an effort to expand beyond its mall-based cinnamon-bun business and attract new customers. "What's happening specifically in the malls is traffic is going down and we need to increase the amount of customers who stop in front of our stores," said President Gary Bales.
