Cisco's secret weapon: Having a sense of humor

Cisco's social-networking efforts have thrived partly because the team behind them has a great sense of humor, says Doug Webster, the company's director of strategic communications. One campaign used spoof testimonials from fairy tale characters, helping to drum up six times as much buzz as a conventional promotion at a fraction of the cost, Webster says.
