Coca-Cola executive talks social-media benefits

Michael Donnelly, director of worldwide interactive marketing for Coca-Cola, says one benefit of social media is that it yields no-cost comments and contents from fans. "On Facebook alone, we get 5,000 mentions per day, 99.2% of which is popular," he said at a recent social-media conference.
