Feds see Web services as new cybersecurity tool

The National Institute of Standards and Technology says Web services and software-tracking tools could help boost cybersecurity efforts and investigate potential vulnerabilities in systems. A report from the organization says a framework, called Forensic Web Services, can be used to reconstruct criminal acts to determine how to avoid such attacks in the future.
