Golub quits as AIG's chairman, citing conflict with CEO Benmosche

American International Group Chairman Harvey Golub resigned, saying conflict with CEO Robert Benmosche rendered their relationship "ineffective and unsustainable." A fellow board member, Robert Miller, who once headed auto-parts maker Delphi, will replace Golub.
