Senate and House push for their own oil-spill commission

Committees in the Senate and House are now on record as calling for a bipartisan oil-spill commission to do the same work as a commission already appointed by President Barack Obama. Republicans and a few Democrats who are strong supporters of offshore oil drilling have criticized Obama's panel, saying it is biased against the industry.
