Small-business credit card use soars in tight loan conditions

As banks have tightened credit standards, the number of small businesses seeking credit card loans has soared, according to a Federal Reserve report. Credit card companies approve 75% of all small-business applicants, many of whom have been denied a bank loan with more favorable terms.
