Unemployment claims decline again; economists remain wary

The U.S. Department of Labor reports that applications for jobless benefits last week declined to the lowest level since August 2008 -- a drop of 29,000 to 429,000. Economists say the decline will need to continue before they can predict that the job market is truly recovering.
