Cessna, Chinese firm are discussing business-jet partnership

Cessna Aircraft and Aviation Industry Corp. of China are discussing a partnership on developing a business jet, a spokesman for Cessna said. "A significant market for business jets in China is expected to emerge once the challenges of the infrastructure are met," said Cessna spokesman Bob Stangarone. Aviation Industry Corp. is also in discussions with other business-jet manufacturers such as Hawker Beechcraft.
